SAMPLE POLICY
All single piece sample orders will receive EQP pricing less 10%. Random samples when available will receive EQP pricing less 40%.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Blank: 1–2 working days. For decorated items see specific decoration categories on pages 66-68.
RUSH CHARGES
Expedited orders may be available: however applicable rush charges will apply. Please contact our Customer Service department for specific details. TRG Group will not be liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to customs, shipping or natural disasters.
OVER / UNDER RUNS
We will make every effort to ship exact quantities on decorated products. However, we reserve the right to over or under ship up to 5% and bill accordingly.
DROP SHIPMENTS
Multiple drop shipments will incur a $5.00(X) charge per location plus freight.
CHANGES / CANCELLATION
All changes/cancellations must be in writing. Verbal notification will not be accepted. Changes to order may affect ship dates as well as set up charges. No changes (increases, decreases, colors, etc.) will be accepted once production of your order has started. All claims and discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Cancelled orders are subject to an $85.00(X) charge in addition to all other costs incurred up to cancellation including the cost of digitizing, screens, dies, proofs and sew-outs.
INSERTIONS
$1.00(G) per item.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Vector artwork is required. Vector files are typically CDR, CDX, AI, or EPS files. For all decorating processes, we require clean, crisp, high resolution artwork. PMS numbers are required for production. Text on embroidery should be no smaller than ¼" high. If artwork is not supplied to these specifications, a minimum of $50.00(G) will be assessed. Artwork should be emailed to: corpart@trggrp.com.
PAPER PROOFS
A paper proof will be provided at no charge on all orders. Additional paper proofs will incur a $10.00(G) charge.
SWATCH PROOFS / SEW-OUTS
A swatch sew-out is provided free of charge on all new digitized designs. Additional sew-outs will incur a $15.00(G) charge, plus shipping charges.

RETURNS
Merchandise returns are not accepted without a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, call Customer Service. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of each box.
Once items are decorated, no returns will be accepted. All boxes containing blank items must be inspected and verified as the correct product ordered before decorating. For 3rd parties it is the distributor’s and decorator’s responsibility to verify shipments. A 5% restocking charge may be assessed for return of non-decorated goods at the discretion of TRG Group.
All returns are to be shipped freight prepaid. Collect shipments cannot be accepted. Any additional charges for storage and/or redelivery will be the responsibility of the distributor and should be settled directly with the freight carrier.
PAYMENT TERMS
Net 30 days upon credit approval. We accept Visa, MasterCard & bank cards. First order, custom orders and large orders will require a deposit or pre-payment. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
DECORATION
EMBROIDERY
12 piece minimum quantity. Absolute minimum of 6 pieces is available for an additional $25.00(G) plus our standard set up and run charges. Text on embroidery should be no smaller than ¼" high.
SET UP CHARGES
Digital File Charge: $100(G)
Repeat Orders: No digitize file charge on repeat orders if reorder occurs within 2 years.
Digitized files created for items such as T-shirts and caps may not be suitable for use on our products. Most digitized embroidery tapes can be accepted including Tajima, Barudan and Melco. An editing fee of $25.00(G) is required for any resizing greater than 10%. If additional copy needs to be added to a tape, an editing fee will apply. Call for quote.

Laser etching is available on our elegant and stylish ingot plates. These plates can be placed on most items; see pages 62-64 of the 2009 catalog or additional image of item for line drawing. 12 piece minimum quantity. Absolute minimum of 6 pieces is available for an additional $25.00(G) plus our standard set up and run charges. Pre-purchased ingots can be inventoried by TRG Group for corporate catalog programs at no additional charge for a period of up to one year.

Please contact Customer Service for set up, mold and production charges for 3D Rubber Molded Patches. You will need to provide artwork, size and PMS color when requesting a quote.

Debossing is available on our Leather Business Cases, Padfolios and other items with leather touch points. Items suitable for debossing are listed on pages 52-56 of the catalog or in additional images of the item. 12 piece minimum quantity. Monogramming is available in Plain Block font only. Letters will be ¼" high.
