Repeat Orders: No digitizing file charge on repeat orders if reorder occurs within 2 years.
Editing Fees: $25.00 (G) for any resizing greater than 10%. If additional copy needs to be added to a file, an editing fee will apply. (Call for quote.)

- See artwork guidelines in general information section.
- Text on embroidery should be no smaller than 0.25" high.
- For color match, please specify PMS number or thread brand and color number.
- Digitized files created for items such as t-shirts and caps may not be suitable for use on our products. Most digitized embroidery files can be accepted, including Tajima, Barudan and Melco.
lead times
New Orders: 10 business days from artwork/swatch approval.
Repeat Orders: 5 business days from paper proof approval. Add 3 days for production proofs.
Orders over 500 pieces: add 5 business days.
Orders over 1,000 pieces: call Customer Service for delivery schedule.
Pre-Production Proofs: add 3 business days to the lead time.
minimums
- 12 piece minimum quantity.
- Absolute minimum of 6 pieces available for an additional $25.00 (G) plus standard set up and run charges.
spec samples
Pricing: EQP less 40% plus standard set up and run charge; limit 3 samples per style.
Lead Time: 5 business days from paper proof approval.
Delay in receiving artwork, size, location, etc. will delay your order.
